Mansion in Belle Meade – Faux distressed wood panels
July 17th, 2009Ansell Decorative Arts just completed a Belle Meade project with top Nashville Interior Designer, Landy Gardner. In one room, we created a Gustavian-Era (c.1700′s )-like finish for a 7ft long table, - along with a rubbed-out, wood distressed paneled room for the Den of a Belle Meade mansion. The den project was laborious, in that every surface of wood - including the mouldings, window panes (many) and ceiling had a faux & or stained treatment. Some of which are several layers deep with highlights and distressing.
